What to expect

Our retreats have been carefully crafted to offer an integrative approach to personal exploration. While the psilocybin session plays an important role in our program, it is just one part of the transformative journey we embark on together. Our approach encompasses a set of practices and support mechanisms to facilitate a well-rounded and meaningful experience.

Before the retreat we will meet online to get to know each other and introduce suggested preparation practices that foster introspection and openness to the experience.

During the retreat we will explore various forms of guided movement, breathwork, presence, and connecting practices. These practices are integrated to support the overall process; laying the foundation for the psilocybin session and supporting the integration of what might have come up during the retreat.

After the retreat we will meet online as a group, to continue grounding the insights gained during our time together.

Who is this for

People interested in exploring their inner landscapes with the assistance of psychedelics in a legal and secure group setting. The retreat will be facilitated in a group of a maximum of 14 people. Small group settings can create a powerful and intimate container for profound experiences. Our goal is to forge a secure space that embraces individuals from diverse backgrounds and identities. We ask participants and team members to commit to creating a non-judgemental and respectful atmosphere.
